BROKEN ITEMS
We will ship parts to help with damaged items not covered
under warranty and will need to be installed by a JL Audio
Signature Dealer of our choice to maintain any factory warranty
covered inside the first 12 months of ownership.

WARRANTY
Please reach out regarding more specific information
1 year warranty on all parts and labor. Our customer support
center is 100% satisfaction driven and we will do everything in
our power to get your tower diagnosed and repaired if there are
any issues. All repairs need to be discussed with the LvLuP
Audio warranty department and only worked on by a
professional audio installer provided by the JL Audio Signature
Dealer network. If we cannot help you fix the issue over the
phone we will find your local JL Audio Signature Dealer and
setup a time for you to drop off your Audio Tower with them
and we will be responsible for covering their labor rate on
repairs and JL Audio will be responsible for all of the audio
equipment covered under their factory warranty. After the first
year the audio tower will need to be shipped back to LvLuP
Audio Towers factory at the owners expense for repairs.
